jiwin Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Policies

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and jiwin ("the Platform") governing all access to and use of the jiwin website and services available at jiwin.ws. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any jiwin service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

jiwin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, jiwin will take reasonable steps to notify registered users. Continued use of the platform after any such modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease use of the platform and close your account.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the jiwin platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis while your account is active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jiwin is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access to persons under this age under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a business, syndicate, or third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming of this nature is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from jiwin or any affiliated platform, and you are not subject to a self-exclusion order that you have requested through jiwin's responsible gaming tools.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Each user is permitted to hold one account on jiwin. Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any outstanding balances attributable to the duplicate accounts, and a permanent ban from the platform.

jiwin may at any time request identity verification (KYC) documents before processing withdrawal requests, during routine compliance reviews, or where jiwin has reasonable grounds to suspect that account information provided is inaccurate or fraudulent. Accepted forms of identification include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) or passport. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by jiwin may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal access.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

jiwin supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods available to Bangladesh-based users: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all financial transactions on jiwin:

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where identified, subject to applicable processing fees.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed and any applicable wagering requirements being met.
• jiwin does not charge fees on standard deposit and withdrawal transactions. Any fees levied by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.) are outside jiwin's control and may apply.
• jiwin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending verification of the source of funds, where jiwin has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular activity, money laundering or fraud.

jiwin does not offer credit or advance funding under any circumstances. Users may only wager funds that have been deposited and credited to their jiwin wallet.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jiwin may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions and other incentives to users from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside the offer. The general principles governing all jiwin bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier will be specified in the individual offer terms. No withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted until the stated wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Sharing, selling or transferring bonus credit to another user or account is prohibited.
• jiwin reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided this does not prejudice the rights of users who have already commenced satisfying the wagering requirements of an active offer.
• jiwin may void bonus entitlements and withhold associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.

5. Responsible Gaming

jiwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that allow users to manage their gaming activity. All users have access to deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion tools directly from their account settings. jiwin strongly recommends that all users set personal limits before commencing play, and encourages any user who feels that their gaming behaviour is becoming problematic to make use of these tools immediately or to contact the support team.

All jiwin services are strictly for adults aged 21 and above. It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure that no minor accesses their jiwin account or uses their account credentials. jiwin reserves the right to require additional age verification documentation at any point and to immediately suspend any account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect underage access.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiwin and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using software, bots, algorithms, scripts or any automated means to access, interact with or manipulate the jiwin platform or any game outcomes.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to coordinated betting, chip dumping or match fixing.
• Engaging in, facilitating or attempting to engage in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity through the jiwin platform.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether to circumvent a suspension, exploit promotional offers, or for any other purpose not explicitly authorised by jiwin.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

jiwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) the user has breached these Terms; (b) jiwin has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or criminal activity; (c) the user has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or (d) the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the user, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the user's verified payment method, net of any applicable outstanding obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, system failure or the cost of procuring substitute services, even if jiwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jiwin's total aggregate liability to any user for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user to their jiwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jiwin's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by jiwin's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

9. Amendments to These Terms

jiwin may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the jiwin.ws website. Where a revision is material, jiwin will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of jiwin after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may close your account by contacting the jiwin support team at [email protected].
